- Text Reply: Reply STOP to any text message from CloakID
- In-App Settings: Update your communication preferences in the CloakID app
- Email Support: Contact support@cloakid.app to update your preferences
Opt-In Again
If you've opted out and wish to receive messages again:
- Text START to the CloakID number
- Update preferences in the CloakID app
- Contact our support team at support@cloakid.app
Message Frequency and Charges
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the types of notifications you've enabled.
- Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- No Premium Charges: CloakID does not charge premium rates for SMS messages.
Privacy and Security
Your phone number and communication preferences are protected according to our Privacy Policy. We:
- Never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing
- Use secure systems to send messages
- Only send messages related to your CloakID account and services
- Comply with all applicable messaging regulations
Messaging is user-initiated and limited to direct, one-to-one conversations.
